Reading With Cass

I went into this book not knowing what to expect. Well except for the whole zombie aspect of it but anyway...

Although I enjoyed this book, it wasn't great. I thought the writing was very well done however the plot really didn't grab me. I continued reading, however because it may not be the greatest book but it is one of those books that you just can't seem to put down.

The plot was basically about the main character Mary wanting to go to the ocean.... That wasn't the entire plot but still it was the aim of the story. I can say that the way the characters got to the ocean was eventful and I even cried a bit....

Yes I cried in a zombie book! SO what!?

I can see why many people hate this book and why many people love it. I am one of those rare people to be in the middle. I believe that this book should be given the chance and if you don't like the first few chapters then don't read it.

Basically for me, it was just a good zombie book to break up my TBR list.

I will check out the rest of the series but I heard that it is with different characters....Hmm I wonder how that will turn out.
